Tucked into a quiet, historic block, our appointment-only studio is crafted as a deliberate pause from the noise of everyday command. The subtle entrance and hushed surroundings invite arrival with care and intention, offering a threshold where personal practice becomes a practice for the collective.

The Space

Soft, directional lighting, curated ambient sound, and tactile natural surfaces create a warm, contemplative field. Small, essential comforts—organic teas, woven blankets, and considered details—support steady presence and somatic ease. A private changing area and full bathroom provide a discreet place to refresh and orient before and after practice.

How We Hold Practice

A small, attentive team facilitates with clarity and presence, stewarding a nonhierarchical container where dignity and mutual respect are primary. Classes are intentionally intimate to preserve spaciousness and safety, enabling deep personal work that feeds communal resilience.

Rhythm of the Night

We practice nightly to honor the liminal hours when attention naturally softens and collective listening deepens.

  • Pre-Class Lounge: 9:30 PM – 10:15 PM
  • Class Hours: 10:15 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Post-Class Lounge: 1:00 AM – 2:00 AM

These windows are designed so arrival, practice, and integration happen without hurry, cultivating steadiness that endures beyond the studio.

Participation and Care

Class size is limited to ten participants to maintain an expansive, responsible environment. Group composition is guided with care to ensure balance and comfort.

  • First-time guests are welcome to attend with a companion.
  • Solo attendees may opt into a discreet, facilitator-mediated introduction when mutually requested.

This protocol protects attentive practice and makes space for authentic, embodied meeting.
